I did user research on the existing product and understood the user engagement. Current onboarding process for new brokers is getting overwhelming. It didn’t have any attractive design elements to attract the user.
The existing product design didn’t follow accessibility standards. The users also found the product confusing and difficult to complete the task intended.
Team meetings were regularly held to align our expectations. Everyone had similar concerns on the continuation of initial design work making it easier to ideate solutions together. It was difficult at times when we had less designers than planned, but overcame it by making sure to fill in when needed. I would take initiative to reach out to team members making sure progress was being made, when new person is onboarded.

It was important to understand what exactly users will want to accomplish when using the Mobile App. I created user stories which gave the team a clear vision on what our goals for this design must accomplish. They were organized from high, medium to low priority.
By introducing motion to our Broker platform products, we have quickly grabbed user attention, enhanced broker engagement, simplified complex concepts, evoked emotions, created attractive user interfaces, strengthened our visual storytelling, and built a unique brand identity.
Using Lottie, we have removed the burden of rewriting animations. This allows our developers to quickly and accurately convert animations into code, resulting in a smoother workflow and the ability to more easily uphold the original designer's vision.

I learned to expedite my learning of both the design system and Figma tool as I was in the beginner stage. Through this project, I advanced in my use of Figma and even learned to use After Effects for Lottie animations. I was able to successfully manage multiple requirements from various product owners within Anthem by effectively managing my time and reusing the design system.
This project taught me the importance of thorough research and understanding the subject matter in order to design a successful product. It was a valuable lesson in remaining calm and taking things one step at a time, even when the information may seem overwhelming. I was fortunate to have a hardworking and collaborative team, and we were able to create a design that the client was very satisfied with.
I collaborated with the client by asking questions and clarifying any information for the team. I also learned a lot from my team members. We worked together to keep the file organised for a productive working environment. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such a great team.
